Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team by organizing training, preparing schedules, and supervising staff to maintain high quality and cleanliness in guest rooms.
• Carry out regular inspections of rooms and public areas, including checking checkout rooms and conducting spot checks in occupied rooms, plus reviewing corridors, storage, and service areas to confirm cleanliness and upkeep.
• Report and follow up promptly on any maintenance issues or concerns within the facility to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate and oversee special housekeeping projects such as scheduled deep cleaning and other initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adequate stock levels.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing VIP and special guest requests with attention and care.
