Job Overview
Join Atlaxis Hospitality and Trading as a Housekeeping Attendant based in Kochi, Kerala. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of guest areas and staff zones, maintaining high service standards, and supporting smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks across all guest and back-of-house areas.
- Deliver courteous, professional, and warm assistance to guests consistently.
- Adhere strictly to set housekeeping standards and departmental procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for items such as cribs, extra towels, and cots.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of housekeeping supplies to ensure availability.
- Report any maintenance issues that require attention.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support housekeeping and hotel functions.

Compensation
