By supporting hotel operations and guest services, the team carefully manages the processing of linens, uniforms, and garments with precision and efficiency.

Job Role

In the role of Housekeeping Associate - Laundry, you will collaborate closely with the Laundry Supervisor and the broader Housekeeping department to facilitate seamless hotel operations. Your primary responsibility will be to process hotel linens, guest garments, and uniforms while ensuring quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process hotel linens, staff uniforms, and guest clothing following prescribed quality and service protocols.
• Operate laundry machines, wet-cleaning, ironing, and folding equipment with safety and efficiency.
• Inspect laundry items meticulously for cleanliness, damage, and overall quality, ensuring only approved items are returned to use.
• Maintain precise records of laundry volumes, inventory levels, and garment processing activities.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and storage facilities clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management of linens, supplies, and laundry equipment to guarantee operational readiness.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within laundry, housekeeping, or related operational environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining superior quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of laundry processes, fabric care, and safe handling of chemicals.
• Comfortable operating laundry equipment in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and well-organized workspaces.
• Effective communication skills in English and able to work collaboratively within a team.
