Job Overview

Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC. is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to deliver outstanding cleaning services while traveling to various customer residences in Pensacola, FL. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cleaning equipment such as vacuums and appropriate cleaning agents efficiently.
• Thoroughly clean all home surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
• Perform detailed floor cleaning, including hand and knee scrubbing where necessary in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard floors, and upholstered furniture.
• Relocate movable furniture to clean areas underneath and behind.
• Transport cleaning materials and supplies between office, vehicle, and client homes.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, comply with uniform policies, and ensure punctuality.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for commuting to and between job sites.
• Capable of reading and understanding cleaning instructions.
• Knowledgeable about various cleaning products and their appropriate applications.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service communication abilities.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds of equipment.
• Comfortable with exposure to pet hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning chemicals routinely.

• Job locations may change daily, but schedules are optimized to minimize travel distances.
