Role Overview

The cleanliness of a hotel significantly influences guest satisfaction and return visits. The housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining this cleanliness daily. We seek detail-oriented individuals to join as House Attendants who contribute to making guests' stays memorable by maintaining public spaces and supporting room attendants. This position is central to creating a welcoming environment where guests can truly relax and enjoy their visit.

Key Duties

• Interact with guests to ensure an excellent stay.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel or resort.
• Conduct floor walkthroughs at shift start and end to collect trash, bags, and soiled linens.
• Replenish clean linen stock on each floor's pantry.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms such as towels, cribs, and cots.
• Assist as a room attendant when needed.
• Restock guest amenities and supplies in floor pantries.
• Support room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
• Clean all public areas following departmental standards and procedures.
• Transport soiled linens and trash from service areas appropriately.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor when interacting with guests and teammates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Present a neat and pleasant personality.
• Demonstrate effective time management.
• Capable of standing and working on feet for extended periods.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically able to move, reach, and navigate tight spaces, including operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and dusters.
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 pounds and handle carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
