About the Role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, your primary mission extends beyond providing guests with a clean room and fresh linens; you will help create a singular and memorable guest experience. Specialists in client environment maintenance are skilled in a broad range of housekeeping duties and responsible for preserving the cleanliness and appearance throughout the entire hotel. You are empowered to move throughout your work area independently and perform all necessary tasks, including responding to guest requests, replenishing carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and carrying out other housekeeping-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all hotel areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts efficiently.
• Clean guest rooms and common spaces to create an inviting environment.
• Carry out additional assigned housekeeping duties to support an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements and Work Conditions

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended durations during shifts.
• Physical capability to manually move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance.
• Commitment to uphold company policies, safety standards, confidentiality, and quality norms.
• Maintain a professional appearance including personal grooming and uniform standards.

Additional Details

The position is non-management and based onsite at Building No. 153 Street No. 347 in Lusail, Qatar. The role requires full-time availability and involves active physical engagement throughout the workday.
