Job description
Position Overview
The role of a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Autograph Collection goes beyond merely providing guests with spotless rooms and neatly arranged beds. This position focuses on crafting a distinctive and memorable guest environment throughout the entire property. The individuals in this role are proficient across various housekeeping activities responsible for preserving the hotel's aesthetic and hygienic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel.
- Promptly responding to guest needs and requests related to housekeeping services.
- Stocking housekeeping carts and preparing supplies needed for effective cleaning.
- Performing physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Maintaining adherence to company policies, ensuring workplace safety, and upholding confidentiality and quality standards.
- Representing the hotel professionally through proper uniform, grooming, and communication skills.
Additional Details
This role is non-management and requires physical mobility including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The workplace is located on Diplomatic Street, West Bay Area, Doha, Qatar, and the position is full-time and on-site.
