Role Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests with personalized service.
• Provide attentive assistance, adapting to any guest needs or limitations.
• Listen to guest feedback and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Build positive relationships with guests by offering guidance and fostering loyalty.
• Prepare the welcome desk and manage seating arrangements.
• Handle reservations and maintain the reservation log accurately.
• Seat guests at the best available spots.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant before and after service.
• Before each shift, review the menu composition and note any shortages.
• Organize work in alignment with business needs, events, and guest preferences.
• Ensure all used equipment remains properly maintained and in good working condition.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with effective problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in hotel restaurant settings is beneficial.
• Guest-focused with a service-oriented mindset and a dedication to high-quality standards.
• Detail-oriented with solid sales awareness.
