Position Overview

We seek a Real Estate, Hospitality, or Events Evaluator to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role offers compensation ranging from $80 to $120 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated content by applying domain-specific quality criteria.
• Detect and report factual inaccuracies, aesthetic flaws, and presentation issues in evaluations.
• Deliver detailed, well-organized written feedback.
• Operate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and contribute to enhancing AI model accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate, hospitality, or event management.
• Fluency in English at a native or professional level.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular emphasis on presentation software like Slides.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of an advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is favored.
