Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Help customers manage their medication routines.
• Prepare meals and support light household chores.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to those in care.
• Promote independence while fostering health and wellbeing.
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you assist.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a caring, patient, and compassionate disposition.
• Possess a full, clean driver's licence and have access to a personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Exhibit strong reliability and a positive mindset.
• Have effective communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Be flexible to accommodate various work shifts.
• Previous experience in care is beneficial but not required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
