About the Role
Based in Clermont, Indiana, this position offers the chance to join a dedicated team focusing on delivering top-notch home and commercial repair services. As a Home Repair Professional, you'll bring your extensive experience spanning carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall, and general contracting to various projects, ranging from a few hours to multiple days. The company supports you with an efficient scheduling system, customer communication management, and provides you with a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties, handling jobs of varying durations and complexities.
- Advise clients on project scopes and costs, managing their expectations effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences following established processes to foster repeat business.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in home repair trades like carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to independently manage projects and work solo efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills, including payment collection, requesting feedback, and ensuring job site cleanliness.
- Competency with technology tools for job documentation and process adherence.
