Role Overview
This opportunity is for a sales role focused on home loans for HDFC Bank. The position is based on direct customer acquisition and field sales, with monthly targets to be met.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell home loan products directly to prospective customers.
- Work in the field to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should be graduates with at least 6 months of prior sales experience. Since this is a field-based role, candidates should be comfortable with on-ground sales activity and target-driven work.
Compensation and Benefits
The stated CTC range is INR 2.25 to 3.5 lakhs per year, along with additional incentives. The role offers strong earning potential through incentive-based payouts.
