About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in excellent service and enjoy being on the road. As the face of our company, you will deliver shopping orders while engaging directly with customers. Our company is highly regarded for valuing both customers and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to correct and safe van loading techniques, including manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Maintain safe driving standards at all times.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before setting off.
• Ensure deliveries reach customers in optimal condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Assist in store operations as needed.
• Work independently while effectively managing your time.
• Be flexible to work shifts that may vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly demeanor with a passion for excellent customer care.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Have a strong focus on road safety awareness.
