Primary Duties

• Comprehend and articulate the range of towing packages U-Haul offers
• Assess vehicle requirements and recommend/install appropriate towing packages
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to U-Haul patrons
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
• Engage in continuous learning via U-Haul University

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
• Basic familiarity with wiring and proficiency handling hand and power tools
• High school diploma or an equivalent credential

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position involves moderate hazards such as exposure to moving machinery, fumes, or irritants, necessitating special safety protocols including use of protective gear like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields when appropriate.

The role demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods indoors and outdoors, maneuvering around spaces, operating tools, and the capability to move items weighing at least 50 pounds either independently or with assistance.
