About the role
This opportunity is for a Healthcare Operations Evaluator who will help assess AI-produced work for quality, accuracy, and presentation. The role is fully remote and contract-based, with compensation in the range of $80 to $120 per hour. The work is centered on healthcare operations knowledge and involves reviewing materials created by AI systems for leading research teams.
What you'll do
- Review AI-generated content using domain-specific quality standards.
- Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and formatting problems in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations.
- Write clear and organized feedback to help improve model outputs.
- Use strong expertise in healthcare operations to judge the quality of responses.
- Work independently, asynchronously, and on deadline to support model improvement.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations.
- Professional or native-level fluency in English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
- An advanced degree such as a Master's or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
