About the Role
This contract opportunity is for an Excel specialist with healthcare experience who can help strengthen AI training data focused on Excel tasks. The work is W2-based and requires a commitment of at least 20 hours each week.
What You’ll Do
- Support research teams in identifying and closing knowledge gaps so model performance improves on healthcare-related Excel work.
- Create practical, domain-specific Excel exercises based on real professional situations, and prepare solutions that are accurate and easy to follow.
- Review Excel questions and answers, then provide clear written evaluations and feedback.
- Work with other subject matter experts to keep training content consistent and technically correct.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on Excel expertise at an advanced professional level.
- Experience with advanced formulas and tools such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, data modeling, dashboards, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA.
- Practical professional experience using Excel in the healthcare domain.
- Availability to work reliably for at least 20 hours per week on weekdays.
- Good verbal and written communication, solid problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $70 to $100 per hour.
