Role Overview

Cleveland House in Banks, Southport, Lancashire provides residential care to 32 males and females with acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, and related physical health challenges. The home also supports individuals with epilepsy, communication difficulties, swallowing problems, and those needing respiratory support such as ventilators or tracheostomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist qualified staff in evaluating and implementing personalized care plans for residents.
• Perform routine care activities aimed at supporting wellbeing, dignity, and treatment.
• Develop respectful and professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and visitors, responding courteously to requests.
• Maintain an environment that addresses needs of patients, families, and carers.
• Provide courteous reception and support to all visitors and telephone inquiries.
• Support and encourage residents' participation in house activities and hobbies.
