The Head of Infrastructure & Cloud will lead the modernization and transformation of enterprise infrastructure services across a complex technology landscape. Responsibilities include defining and implementing infrastructure and cloud strategy, promoting standardized frameworks and governance, and advancing platform modernization via cloud, automation, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term transformation plans.
• Drive the standardization of governance, operational controls, policies, and infrastructure frameworks across diverse environments.
• Create a future infrastructure operating model focused on scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cloud migration, optimization, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Promote the integration of AI, automation, and intelligent operations to improve service delivery and operational insight.
• Foster strong relationships with executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and influence strategic decisions.
• Guide organizational change management efforts, encouraging a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Design multi-year infrastructure roadmaps, investment strategies, and capability development plans to support business growth.
• Manage infrastructure operations ensuring security, availability, performance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams in infrastructure, cloud, and platform disciplines, and strengthen succession pipelines.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to ensure enterprise alignment and value delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud functions within large complex organizations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, and modernization projects.
• Strong experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, and standard processes.
• Ability to create strategic technology roadmaps and translate business goals into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated leadership as a change agent in complex stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills with senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure architecture, cybersecurity, automation technologies, and AI-enabled operations.
• Experience managing dispersed teams and large technology budgets and vendor ecosystems.
• Relevant qualifications in technology, engineering, or computer science; cloud certifications are advantageous.
