The Organization
A well-funded, government-backed technology and engineering organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a senior facilities leader. The company manages a premium mix of contemporary corporate offices, advanced technical infrastructure, and high-spec operational hubs.
The Role
This position is designed for a strong UAE National leader who can take full accountability for facilities management, asset upkeep, and infrastructure operations from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee both hard and soft facilities management services across a high-end portfolio that includes corporate and technical properties.
- Handle vendor relationships, service-level agreements, tender assessments, and the full lifecycle of contracts with leading integrated facilities management providers.
- Manage large operating and capital budgets, with a focus on cost efficiency and extending the useful life of assets.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- This opportunity is reserved exclusively for UAE Nationals holding a Family Book.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in facilities management or infrastructure is required.
- At least 5 years should be in a leadership role heading an FM department.
- Suitable backgrounds include large corporate assets, technology facilities, utilities, or complex commercial developments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or Facilities Management is required; senior credentials such as CFM or MRICS are preferred.
