About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Content & Communications to join a rapidly growing global technology firm. This senior leadership position, reporting as a Senior Director or VP, involves more than traditional content management. It focuses on defining and communicating the company's narrative to establish it as a leading brand in its sector. The role requires crafting compelling stories, steering both content and social media strategies, and building a high-impact public relations capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve an established content and social media function.
- Develop and grow a modern PR function that influences perception rather than just media coverage.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and senior management to shape executive voices and company messaging.
- Create memorable stories from complex concepts.
- Launch impactful campaigns that initiate conversations.
- Define and articulate the company's next phase of brand identity.
- Operate hands-on within the team, contributing directly and supporting practical execution.
Candidate Profile
- Experience building distinctive brand voices, preferably within SaaS or consumer technology sectors.
- A fresh, innovative approach beyond conventional B2B content strategies is appreciated.
- High energy and initiative, with the ability to engage confidently with founders and senior executives.
- Passion for writing, idea development, team building, and hands-on leadership.
Additional Information
- Position is remote, open to candidates based in the United Kingdom, Europe, or the US East Coast.
- Compensation ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually, plus bonus and equity incentives.
