Role Overview

We seek a Head of Business Operations to lead our Strategy, Business Operations, and Analytics team remotely in the US. This leadership position will define operational excellence standards and ensure seamless execution across the company. The role involves building and steering a high-impact team that connects organizational strategies to measurable outcomes, collaborating closely with executive leadership to build scalable systems, processes, and operational rhythms that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Business Operations team by defining its purpose, mentoring members, and focusing resources on the most critical company priorities.
• Manage the company-wide operational framework, including planning cycles like OKRs, annual planning, regular business reviews, and execution models to align and accelerate the organization.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable and measurable operational plans, ensuring cross-functional teams have clear roadmaps and accountability structures.
• Enhance organizational efficiency by identifying and resolving internal silos, inefficiencies, or resource imbalances with structural improvements.
• Act as the top escalation point for major execution risks, collaborating with senior stakeholders to remove obstacles and expedite decision making.
• Set the benchmark for project management and process discipline by creating tools and frameworks that raise the organization's operational maturity.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 15 years of experience in Business Operations or similar domains, with proven leadership of high-performance teams.
• Proven expertise in turning strategic goals into operational models, including building the necessary infrastructure and teams.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining team focus.
• Experienced in organizational change management, guiding companies through scaling and evolving operating environments.
• Strong presence with a practical, results-driven approach capable of clarifying complex situations and mobilizing senior leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of resource allocation, headcount planning, and operational budgeting.

Compensation

The US base salary for this full-time role ranges from $235,000 to $293,000 annually, supplemented by bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges vary by role, level, and location, with specifics discussed by recruiters during hiring.
