Role Overview
We are seeking hair stylists for several salon branches across the UAE. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the beauty and wellness industry, with openings for both junior and experienced professionals based on skill level and background.
Compensation
Junior Hair Stylist: AED 3,200 to AED 4,200 per month, all-inclusive, plus commissions.
Experienced Hair Stylist: AED 5,500 to AED 8,000 per month, all-inclusive, plus commissions.
Locations
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras al Khaimah.
Key Duties
- Deliver hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments in a professional manner.
- Discuss client preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles, hair care routines, treatments, and products.
- Maintain a polished, hygienic, and client-friendly salon environment.
- Ensure the workstation remains neat, orderly, and prepared for each appointment.
- Keep up with current hairstyle trends, modern techniques, and salon-quality service standards.
Candidate Profile
The role is open to candidates with prior experience as a Hair Stylist or Junior Hair Stylist. Strong technical ability in cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and treatments is expected. Candidates should present themselves professionally, communicate well, and bring a service-oriented mindset. Teamwork is important. Prior salon experience in the UAE or GCC will be considered an added advantage.
