Job Summary
The Guest Service Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Spa Reception area within the Rooms Division. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to spa guests and supporting daily spa reception functions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism Management is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations is required.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, and interpersonal relationships are essential for success in this position.
