Job Overview
Join Hilton as a Guest Relation Agent and play a key role in creating exceptional hospitality experiences in Doha, Qatar. In this position, you will not only facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs but also ensure each guest’s stay is memorable through attentive and warm service.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a friendly reception by greeting guests as they arrive, verifying their information, assigning rooms, distributing keys, and providing relevant welcome materials or assisting with bell services.
- Efficiently manage the check-out process including verifying guest bills, processing payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, room varieties, rates, promotions, and local area highlights to assist guest inquiries.
- Encourage and promote hotel amenities by employing up-selling strategies to enhance room and service revenues.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, resolve any concerns with care and urgency, and manage guest communications effectively.
