Role Overview

The Growth team at Revolut blends strategy, data, and creativity to fuel expansion by opening new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and enhancing user engagement and loyalty. They leverage insights to implement scalable strategies and explore next-generation opportunities.

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager focused on global collaborations spanning sports, entertainment, and events. You will be responsible for optimizing the impact of Revolut’s prominent sponsorship portfolio using your strategic insight, creativity, and operational skills to deliver integrated, 360-degree campaigns worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end activation of partnerships, ensuring seamless multi-channel execution and achieving revenue objectives.
• Establish and maintain rigorous activation standards through clear operational frameworks to ensure consistency on a global scale.
• Develop scalable processes and playbooks for managing diverse partnerships effectively.
• Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with portfolio partners to meet shared goals.
• Continuously analyze partnership results, adapting strategies and campaigns to maximize return on investment.
• Maintain high standards for content quality and execution across marketing materials and events, measuring success through brand and growth indicators.
• Advise local Marketing, Brand, and Product teams on appropriate activations, collaborating cross-functionally to drive project success.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-channel activations for major international partnerships or sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation expertise and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience handling substantial multi-market activation budgets and managing multiple challenging projects within tight deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to work effectively with external partners and internal teams.
• High commercial acumen and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical proficiency to interpret data and refine activation strategies continually.
• Effective problem-solving skills supported by data-driven decision-making.
