Role Overview
This position combines creative on-camera presence with growth marketing expertise. The selected candidate will be the primary marketing force for Flowmingo, managing everything from content creation to growth funnels without an existing team or blueprint. Direct reporting to the founder ensures significant ownership and opportunity to impact the company’s expansion, including meaningful equity participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the public face of Flowmingo across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn by hosting and producing engaging video content focused on AI-driven hiring.
- Create and publish weekly short-form videos, handling scripting, shooting, and editing or directing effectively with a strong grasp of audience engagement tactics.
- Manage growth marketing operations including LinkedIn outreach, cold and lifecycle email campaigns, sales funnels, and landing page optimization from initial lead touchpoints through signup conversions.
- Implement and analyze tracking systems to measure marketing effectiveness, and prioritize strategies that demonstrate impactful results.
- Leverage AI tools extensively for tasks such as content scripting and sequencing to amplify productivity and creative output.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has proven audience-building experience through platforms like TikTok, newsletters, or channels, accompanied by tangible marketing results supported by data. They should excel on-camera, be eager to test multiple ideas quickly, and desire direct involvement in growth rather than delegating tasks or remaining behind the scenes. This role is not suitable for those unwilling to appear on camera, who solely prefer strategy without implementation, or who seek to manage a large team.
