Role Overview

This position focuses on the production of finalized graphics rather than conceptual design. The chosen candidate will generate polished, ready-to-use designs for branding, packaging, digital media, print, and marketing campaigns within a startup environment characterized by fast turnaround times. Deliverables are expected within weeks rather than months.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain brand graphics, logos, and visual elements across various product lines.
• Develop packaging designs, printed materials, and retail signage.
• Produce social media creatives, website visuals, and campaign graphics.
• Prepare production-ready artwork including managing CMYK color profiles, dielines, and familiarity with prepress standards is advantageous.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a robust portfolio emphasizing brand identity work, packaging, and campaign visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of InDesign, Figma, or After Effects considered a bonus.
• Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, adapting quickly to iterative design processes.
