Graphic Designer

About the Role

Golden Creek Homes is looking for an imaginative and meticulous Graphic Designer to join their Marketing department. This position entails creating distinctive visual content that reinforces the company's real estate brand and promotes projects effectively across both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, project profiles, banners, hoardings, standees, and other promotional materials.
• Design engaging digital creatives for social media, online advertising, websites, email campaigns, and WhatsApp outreach.
• Develop branding elements and visual identities for various residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Create corporate presentations, sales kits, launch materials, and other business communication content.
• Edit and retouch property images and design impactful layouts to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Digital Marketing teams to align creative work with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all creative assets.
• Manage several design projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Keep abreast of new industry trends, design techniques, and creative technologies to inspire innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
• Experience using Canva and other design platforms.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling principles.
• Excellent creativity, detail orientation, communication, and time management abilities.
• Can effectively function independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
