About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who specializes in data visualization and can transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals. This role is suited to someone who communicates through imagery, simplifies dense information, and creates designs that help learners grasp key concepts quickly.

Hiring process

• Your application will first be reviewed manually against the role’s criteria.
• You may be asked to record a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, and this may be followed by a test or short project.
• Qualified candidates will then meet the hiring manager and/or interview panel through a live conversation, either in person or over Zoom; interviews are not conducted by text message, Telegram, or similar channels.
• Final offers are discussed after a live conversation with the team.

What you will do

• Convert instructional material into visual ideas and storyboards.
• Create static graphics, infographics, and course assets that communicate meaning independently.
• Work closely with instructional designers to determine the strongest visual approach for each learning objective.
• Use AI tools as part of the creative workflow to explore ideas, speed up delivery, and expand design possibilities.

What you need to bring

• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A solid grasp of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Practical experience producing charts, infographics, diagrams, and similar data-driven visuals.
• An ability to identify the story hidden in data and present it visually.
• Interest in AI tools, with a willingness to experiment and collaborate with them in the design process.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while handling several projects at once.
