Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging graphics for both our product and marketing channels. This includes creating event posters, collaborating closely with Product Designers to enhance visual storytelling, and partnering with the Marketing team for effective product communication. Your role involves simplifying complex ideas into appealing visuals and managing our graphic asset library that represents the Partiful brand.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually striking and enjoyable graphics for product features and marketing content.
• Create distinctive posters that define the look of our event image collection.
• Collaborate with product designers to shape the product's visual narrative.
• Work with marketing to support campaigns, feature launches, and brand expression.
• Translate complex concepts into straightforward and attractive graphic communication.
• Maintain and enhance the library of graphic elements embodying the Partiful brand.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience designing graphics for product and marketing, preferably within startups or consumer social sectors.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design, strong visuals, and clear communication.
• Ability to generate creative designs swiftly that align with brand identity.
• Proficiency multitasking across several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout principles, and typography, with attention to detail and polish.
• A collaborative attitude, open to giving and receiving feedback constructively.
• Strong appreciation for both product usability and aesthetics in visual design.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with motion design and microanimations (e.g., Lottie, Rive, CSS animations).
• Familiarity with 3D graphic tools such as Blender or Spline.
• Storyboarding skills for animations and demo videos.
• Copywriting capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Framer.
• Icon set creation and design system expertise.
• Additional talents in illustration, photography, or video editing.

Additional Information

The compensation for this position ranges between $100,000 and $130,000 annually, dependent on experience. This full-time role is located in New York City.
