About the Role
Join SaaStorm as a Graphic Designer and become a crucial part of visually enhancing our clients' content. You will craft compelling hero images and illustrations for our blogs, support our founder with innovative LinkedIn creatives, and contribute to defining the design identity for some of Europe's leading B2B SaaS startups.
Working closely with our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will receive hands-on mentorship within a dynamic and supportive environment, sharpening your craft in the field of digital design. We believe outstanding design elevates SEO and content marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce hero images and supportive graphics for a range of SaaS-related blog content, focusing on clarity, modern aesthetics, and engagement to boost content memorability and clickability.
- Create diverse social media visuals including LinkedIn banners and posts to elevate brand presence and support the founder's outreach.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX lead to maintain design standards and foster innovation across all published material.
- Engage proactively with Content and SEO teams to comprehend briefs and business objectives, ensuring alignment of design outputs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 1 and 3 years experience in graphic design, especially in crafting visuals for digital content and blog platforms.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in blog graphics, social media design, and website visuals.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools.
- Capability to independently manage projects while organizing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with project management solutions like ClickUp to create workflows, checklists, and templates improving design processes.
- Knowledge or interest in B2B, SaaS, or startup branding considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Balancing creative flair with commercial and marketing needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills paired with reliability and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn, accept constructive feedback, and grow within a collaborative team setting.
