Role Overview

The Graduate Trading Analyst position offers an opportunity to support the core operations of the trading desk while gaining comprehensive experience throughout the full trade lifecycle. This role suits recent graduates who possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and ambition to grow into trading and treasury functions within a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with booking trades, confirming transactions, settling deals, and performing reconciliations.
• Track client deposits, withdrawals, and overall payment flows diligently.
• Ensure timely processing of trades within established service level agreements and aid in resolving any inconsistencies.
• Conduct daily reconciliations between systems and external partners.
• Contribute to reporting activities for both clients and partners.
• Monitor market liquidity, analyze order books, and evaluate pricing conditions continuously.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or with up to approximately one year of professional experience, holding a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated familiarity with artificial intelligence through academic coursework or projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about trading, payments, foreign exchange, and digital assets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous internships in trading operations, treasury, banking, fintech, or digital assets are advantageous.
