Graduate Management Training Programme Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by managing bookings, resolving inquiries, and building relationships with a diverse client base.
- Develop sales and marketing skills through building connections with local business partners and expanding your network.
- Understand financial aspects such as cost control and reading profit and loss statements to support business profitability.
- Manage operations and logistics including fleet oversight, strategic planning, and driving overall performance.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members with potential to manage and promote colleagues as you progress.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, relevant professional experience may be considered as an alternative.
- Possession of a valid full manual driving license from the Republic of Ireland, UK, or EU is required, although accommodations are available for those unable to drive due to disability.
- No drug or alcohol related driving offenses in the past five years.
