Role Overview

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing data models that underpin credit decision-making, origination, and reporting processes. You will work on developing and refining dbt models and managing data transformations. Acting as a liaison, you will facilitate communication between analysts, engineers, and product teams to optimise data utilization. Additionally, you will seek opportunities to improve the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of data pipelines and support the growth of the company’s data infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in SQL with a dedication to ongoing skill enhancement
• Experience working with dbt or ELT data pipelines
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to communicate clearly across various teams
• Developing knowledge of data modelling principles focusing on reliability and usability
• Familiarity and comfort with employing AI tools to improve quality and efficiency of work
• Eagerness to learn and assist analysts by sharing common solutions and best practices
