What you will do

• Oversee and uphold correct cleanroom gowning practices.
• Check that cleanroom procedures are being followed consistently.
• Guide users on proper gowning standards and expected gown room behaviour.
• Maintain the gown room in an orderly, compliant condition.
• Track garment and consumable inventory levels and prepare related reports.
• Handle hanger placement and hanger-related queries, including reporting where needed.
• Follow all safety regulations, policies, and operating procedures.
• Recognise the importance of maintaining the integrity of all controlled clean spaces.
• Record observations, incidents, and any protocol breaches in logs and notes.
• Escalate and report any failure to comply with gown room rules.

Skills and experience

• Strong communication abilities for building effective working relationships with cleanroom staff, management, and customers.
• Excellent eye for detail and the ability to stay focused for extended periods.
• Clear confidence in both spoken and written communication.
• A dependable work ethic and willingness to take full responsibility for the role.
• Comfort working independently and adapting to changing operational demands.
