TJ O'Mahony in Limerick, based at Castlemungret Industrial Estate, Mungret, Limerick, V94 AY23 and part of HPC Sales Ltd., is hiring a permanent full-time Goods-Inwards Stock Operative. The business is one of Ireland's leading builders providers and home improvement/DIY retailers.

Purpose of the role

The main objective of this position is to check that incoming deliveries match the orders placed.

Core duties

• Receive all deliveries and record them using the internal computer system.
• Carry out stock control tasks, including product rotation and stocktaking.
• Handle returned items and damaged stock.
• Keep the work area clean, organised, and presentable.
• Support customers when needed.
• Ensure all paperwork and administrative records are completed accurately and kept current.
• Follow health, safety, and security rules at all times.
• Work in line with the company's standard operating procedures.
• Take on additional duties as required by the needs of the business.

Experience and skills

The role suits someone with prior experience in a warehouse or goods-in setting. The ideal person will be organised, manage time well, pay close attention to detail, and be able to work on their own initiative with limited supervision. Working pattern
