Prince Jewellery, a leading jeweller in Chennai known for its trendy and authentic ornament collections including gold, diamonds, and precious stones, is seeking an experienced Gold Appraiser. This role focuses on precise valuation and excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with ethical and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately determine gold value considering correct cartage, purity verification, and proper deduction for stones, while eliminating acceptance of counterfeit or inappropriate items.
- Deliver superior customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
- Strictly follow all policies and procedures including thorough customer KYC verification and online registration fulfillment.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 5 to 10 years of relevant gold appraisal experience within the jewellery sector.
- Thorough understanding of gold purity levels and valuation metrics.
- Knowledgeable in KYC documentation procedures and standards.
- Exemplary communication skills to professionally engage with customers.
- Integrity-driven with a commitment to high ethical principles.
- Educational background includes Diploma, HSC, or certified training in Gold Appraisal.
