Germany Regional Sales Manager

Challenge Electronics Germany is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow their market presence remotely in the Ruhr region. The company specializes in customized sound components and is looking for candidates with experience selling connectors, passives, LEDs, switches, or similar electronic components who have strong relationships with OEM engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aligning with company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base across the assigned region.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct ongoing market research to track industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and profit analyses.
• Support marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and other tasks typical of a small enterprise.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in selling electronic components.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams on product designs.
• Multi-country direct sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 30–40%, including overnight trips.
• Industry exposure in medical, consumer, industrial, security, IoT, or agriculture sectors.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with distribution channels or representative firms is advantageous.
