Job Overview
We are looking to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Executives to manage customer inquiries specifically through chat and email channels. This role requires handling communications in the German language and maintaining precise customer information and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email using German.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory German language proficiency with at least B1 certification.
