Role overview
An opportunity is available for a full-time General Operative at the company’s factory in Balbriggan, North County Dublin. The role is based at Stephenstown Industrial Park and reports to the Assistant Product Manager. You will be part of a team of operatives supporting the production process from beginning to end.
Key duties
- Complete tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Assistant Product Manager.
- Support the entire production workflow for precast concrete products.
- Follow all health and safety rules and site procedures.
- Apply safe working practices consistently throughout the day.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and well maintained.
- Take part in training sessions when required.
- Work to a high standard and comply with standard operating procedures.
Experience and qualities
Previous exposure to construction or precast concrete work is an advantage, though not essential. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, able to solve problems, and comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
