About the Role
We are actively seeking a General Manager (Operations) based in Hyderabad to oversee daily business functions and coordinate efforts among various internal teams. This role is ideally suited for a dynamic and responsible individual possessing strong leadership and communication capabilities, eager to fuel business growth through effective management.
Key Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily business operations.
- Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Site teams to ensure alignment.
- Track team performance and guarantee efficient workflows across departments.
- Maintain communication with clients and manage operational planning.
- Address daily operational challenges, fostering business expansion.
- Generate reports and uphold high operational standards.
