Role Summary

The General Labourer position involves various operational tasks primarily focused on assisting with manufacturing activities and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cleaning and lubrication of machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Keep the manufacturing area tidy, free from debris, and organize or store tools as directed.
• Operate machinery under supervision, assist in handling routine materials and tools, and manage loading or unloading on assembly lines.
• Carry out routine upkeep of the facility grounds and property.
• Perform general non-technical tasks within the plant environment as assigned.
• Execute routine quality inspections of finished products to maintain standards.
• Communicate any operational or quality concerns promptly to supervisors or senior colleagues.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Undertake additional duties as needed to support plant operations.

Education and Experience

The role typically requires a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.

Compensation and Benefits
