Location and Division

This position is based at the AGI manufacturing facility located at 74 Main Street, Rosenort, Manitoba, Canada (R0G 1W0), specifically part of the Westfield division, North America's leading portable grain auger manufacturer since 1950.

Role Overview

AGI Rosenort seeks dedicated General Labourers to join their production team, supporting day-to-day operational activities. Both day and night shifts are offered.

Team Environment

You will work alongside a skilled production team consisting of welders, machine operators, painters, and fellow labourers, coordinating efforts daily with the Production Supervisor and peers.

Primary Duties

• Utilize and perform upkeep on hand tools.
• Operate hoist systems safely and efficiently.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials as required.
• Operate machinery according to guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and operational procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with consistent focus on quality.
• Capacity to perform repetitive duties reliably.
• Effective collaboration skills as well as capability to work independently.
• Blueprint-reading skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
