About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated GEM Portal E-Bidding Executive to join V-Tronik Innovation LLP located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This position involves managing e-bidding activities on government portals, including the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), to ensure successful tender submissions and order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company's profile on portals ensuring certifications such as GST, MSME, and OEM are valid.
- Manage product and service catalogues by uploading accurate listings with specifications, images, and HSN codes.
- Adjust pricing dynamically based on competitor analysis to remain market-competitive.
- Identify and analyze relevant tenders, bids, and BOQs matching the company's portfolio.
- Prepare and upload detailed technical and financial bid documents including specialized bids like Bunch Bids, Custom Bids, and Reverse Auctions.
- Manage financial submissions including Earnest Money Deposits and Performance Bank Guarantees.
- Verify contract documents (LOA/LOI) and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate order processing including invoice generation, shipment documentation, and liaising with internal teams for timely delivery.
- Handle government buyer queries and resolve disputes through the portal’s incident management system.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up to ensure timely receipt of funds from government departments.
- Prepare and submit management information system (MIS) reports detailing bid progress, success rates, and order pipeline status.
- Perform specialized roles such as tender analysis, statistical data evaluation, training of external stakeholders via Learning Management Systems, and monitor platform operations for UI/UX and catalogue quality.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in working with GEM Portal or other government e-bidding platforms.
- Proficient in fluent English communication and preferably Kannada.
- Good typing speed and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel features including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, spreadsheets, and formula functions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks involving portal management, bidding, order processing, and reporting efficiently.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Work location: V-Tronik Innovation LLP, Cunningham Road, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru - 560051, near Vidhan Soudha.
- Work schedule: 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Sundays off.
- Benefits include ESIC, PF subject to eligibility, insurance, bonuses, gratuity, leave as per labour laws, annual salary increments, travel allowance, and a retention bonus upon completing 5 years of service.
- Salary range: INR 25,000 to 35,000 monthly, negotiable based on experience.
