We offer a basic monthly salary ranging from $3000 to $7000 depending on your previous experience and last drawn salary, complemented by unlimited commission and bonuses. Our commission structure is considered the best in the industry and pays out continuously, even until retirement.
You will be placed within one of our leading agencies where structured training and ongoing guidance will be provided from day one. Our firm supplies multiple cold market platforms to help generate sales without requiring you to prospect friends or family unless you choose to. Additionally, support will be given to help close your initial sales cases so you can build a strong foundation for your career.
As you progress, you can specialize in various areas such as investments, B2B corporate insurance, group employee benefits, or general insurance sales. Opportunities for career advancement exist to grow into senior consultant roles or to lead teams and agencies for those who demonstrate exceptional performance.
The position offers a flexible work schedule—you select your working days and hours with options for working from home or the office. Employees are also eligible for fully paid annual incentive trips to Europe and the Americas. Candidates with prior experience may apply for senior titles.
Required Examinations
Successful candidates must pass four licensing exams—RES5, M9, M9A, and HI—before starting the role. All examination fees are covered by AIA.
Responsibilities
- Assess and understand the financial objectives of individuals or corporate clients.
- Recommend and sell suitable investment, insurance, or savings products.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and advisory support.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be Singapore citizens or permanent residents; no foreign quota is available.
- Minimum educational qualification is a diploma from a recognized local polytechnic or its overseas equivalent.
- No previous work experience is necessary.
- Holding certifications for RES5, M9, M9A, and HI exams is advantageous but not mandatory.
