Position Overview
We are urgently hiring full-time Maid/House Cleaners to join our growing team in Eureka, MO. This role offers a stable schedule without nights, weekends, or holidays, and competitive pay including tips and bonuses. Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough cleaning services for residential properties, including routine maintenance and deep cleans.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail on every job.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a courteous attitude toward clients.
Who We're Looking For
- Individuals aged 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM until route completion.
- Strong work ethic with a passion for serving others and maintaining high-quality service.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in cleaning tasks.
- Aspirations beyond cleaning, including leadership potential in a growing company.
Benefits and Compensation
- Hourly wage ranging from $15 to $20 plus tips, averaging $100 to $200 per day.
