Altera is hiring a results-oriented Full Life Cycle Recruiter with solid knowledge of the FPGA space. The position focuses on finding, engaging, and hiring specialized talent to support the company’s expanding FPGA business. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to shape hiring plans and deliver a smooth, positive experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify business goals, workforce requirements, and role expectations.
  • Create and refine job descriptions for highly specialized FPGA-focused positions.
  • Find talent through job boards, social platforms, professional communities, industry events, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable pipeline of FPGA candidates for immediate and future openings.
  • Manage the complete recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of FPGA technologies, engineering profiles, and the relevant talent market.
  • Proven ability to source and connect with niche technical candidates.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Comfort using ATS platforms and other hiring tools.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several open requisitions at once.
  • Availability to work with or overlap EMEA time zones, including Europe and Israel, to support regional stakeholders and candidates.
