Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to become an integral part of our Hotel Operations team, delivering exceptional hospitality to guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage room allocations, address billing concerns, and respond effectively to guest requests.
  • Provide comprehensive information on resort amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and service recovery with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain precise and confidential guest records.
  • Promote resort services and encourage upgrades or package sales when appropriate.
