Front End Developer

About the Role

Stefanini Group is looking to hire a skilled Front-End Developer based in Dearborn, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the client side of web and mobile-friendly applications. This includes designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their specific scenarios, challenges, and requirements, emphasizing user-focused software development.
• Address complex challenges by designing, constructing, and deploying solutions using various programming languages, tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Follow architectural guidelines to ensure a consistent and unified development approach.
• Work cross-functionally with product owners, UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and architects to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Develop mock-ups and prototypes for new features and actively participate in design reviews and product demonstrations.
• Conduct automated functional and UI testing to ensure high quality of deliverables.
• Continuously optimize performance by debugging and enhancing applications as well as integrating new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Apply best practices such as cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.
• Design and develop interactive user experiences using enterprise branding and consistent templates, leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and NextJS.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in UI design to maintain up-to-date skills.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in JavaScript, CSS, and React.
• At least 6 years overall IT experience, including a minimum of 4 years in software development.
• Minimum of 4 years working with NextJS, Playwright, and React.
• Experience using AI Copilot tools for at least six months.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Monorepo environments and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is advantageous.

Educational Background

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree.
