About Kōr Klub
Kōr Klub is a contemporary social wellness and movement club centered on Pilates, Barre, and Recovery. Beyond being a fitness studio, it serves as a community space where purposeful movement, meaningful dialogue, and excellent hospitality converge. Each interaction shapes the members' experiences.
Role Overview
As the Front of House Executive, you will be the welcoming face of Kōr Klub, embodying warmth and professionalism. Your role will involve managing member interactions, sales, operations, and communication to ensure an outstanding club experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a professional and pleasant welcome.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Develop authentic relationships with members, remembering their preferences.
- Convert inquiries into memberships through thoughtful telephone consultations.
- Clarify membership plans, introductory packages, and recovery services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up on prospective leads and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Oversee class bookings, scheduling, and address member inquiries.
- Coordinate with instructors to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage payments, invoices, and membership records.
- Ensure the studio’s cleanliness, presentation, and ambience are upheld.
- Respond promptly to communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Handle member concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with operations, marketing, and instructor teams to deliver seamless member experiences.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality or customer experience roles.
- Natural warmth, polished demeanor, and confidence in interacting with diverse individuals.
- A genuine interest in sales balanced with a non-pushy approach.
- Comfortable and proficient with computer systems and booking software.
Additional Information
Location: Jubilee Hills Rd 36, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
Shift Timing: Morning shift from 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM.
